The transcription process involves either ONLINE PROCESSING OR OFF-LINE PROCESSING. Indeed the sound file can be mailed to us in the wav or any other format compatible sound files or paste it on a predetermined site. The sound files can also be put on a FTP server.

Datamation should be allowed to access the site as per approved authorization processes. We will then download the wav/sound file; transcribe and send it over to the client via e-mail as an attachment. OUR TURNAROUND RANGES FROM 4-24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF SOUND FILES FOR TRANSCRIPTION. The OFF LINE PROCESSING involves couriering the audio tapes to us. We will transcribe the tapes and send them over to you for your review and processing.
