institutions affiliated to the Khadi & Gram Udyog Institutions
has been carried out by us.
- Operational and financial
review of the working of the National Cooperative Consumers Federation
of India Ltd.
- Operational and financial
review of `LOCOST' -- a voluntary sector NGO --on behalf of the
Oxfam ( India ) Trust.
- Operational review
of `Catholic Relief Services' -- a voluntary sector American organization
-- supporting USAID's Food for Work program.
- Review of the functioning
of five NGOs each located in the States of Rajasthan, Karnataka,
Orissa, West Bengal on behalf of Norwegian Development Cooperation
Agency ( NORAD ). The study involved an analysis of financial compliance
and application of funds with specific reference to the projects
approved by NORAD.
Datamation has also
imparted extensive training to the personnel of NGOs in efficient
project and financial management techniques. Workshops have been
conducted to impart hands-on training to the NGO personnel and workers.

of financial and organizational restructuring plan. These institutions
have an annual turnover of Rs. 350 crores and total investment of
Rs. 1000 crores.
- Operational and financial
review of the working of the National Cooperative Consumers Federation
of India Ltd. NCCF has an annual turnover of Rs. 65 crores.
- Operational and financial
review of `LOCOST' -- a voluntary sector NGO on behalf of the Oxfam
( India ) Trust. The assignment also included project evaluation
and review including restructuring. Oxfam infact has been using
our recommendations for sanctioning grants for expansion activities.
- Operational review
of `Catholic Relief Services' -- a voluntary sector American organization
supporting USAID's Food for Work program. The review involved study
at CRS's zonal office level, counterparts and operating partners
levels spread all over India. The assignment also included recommending
restructured organizational models that would result in sustainable
development in the future.
- Review of the functioning
of five NGOs each located in the States of Rajasthan, Karnataka,
Orissa, West Bengal on behalf of Norwegian Development Cooperation
Agency ( NORAD ). These NGOs have been receiving grants from NORAD
for the last several years. The study involved an analysis of financial
compliance and application of funds with specific reference to the
projects approved by NORAD. were thoroughly analyzed and restructured
models for long term sustainable development were also recommended
by Datamation.
