database of 4000 employees and processes related reports and MIS.

on four selection criteria (phone number, size of plot, foreign
travel, car ownership) and processing of tax return based on these
criteria for the Government of India Income Tax Department.

implementation of a Back Room Credit Card Processing System for
ANZ Grindlays Bank, Card Products Division.
- Development and
implementation of a Customer Information Center System for Hewlett
Packard. The software processes customer inquiries received either
telephonically, by fax, mail or via business reply cards; logs
them in the system; and distributes the inquiries to resellers
based on selection criteria. Platform: MS-Access
